A comfortable stay with lots of amenities
This was a comfortable, clean, and spacious hotel with excellent dining facilities for dinner and breakfast. Lots of space to relax comfortably inside and out. It was large enough that it did not feel busy at all.
Our room was supposed to come with a Terrace with a Mountain View. Technically, that was correct, but in reality, the terrace was a concrete box with walls so high that you couldn’t see anything when seated except the concrete. Not nice at all. We also didn’t care for the fact that they didn’t let us check in till 4 PM. We thought that was rather late.

It is great if you are on the TMB route, but I would only stay for one night. The hotel seems quite tired and could do with some renovations. Overall, pleasant.

Very friendly staff but expensive for the value.
The friendliness of the staff, their willingness to make our stay the best possible, the quality of the breakfasts buffet and the hotel’s style.
A little basic in the room, not much extra, the sauna only available 30mns per day, the jacuzzi out of order.

Very Good
Nice hotel just a little bit out of town maybe 10 minute walk , obviously the area more geared for winter than summer . Nice small bar area and restaurant . Nice front of house staff We arrived late after running in the area and left very early .so didn’t use the facilities much , just a few beers , the rooms were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. If you’re using it to run/hike and want an early start . They request shoes etc when muddy are left in their ( fair enough they stink) drying room but it’s locked over night . We had to wake the manager at 5 am to get our belongings out . Which no fuss was made from him , but it would be easier if we were told that at check in .
